Hi Scouts + Families, 

 

The following is our meeting agendas for the following month, please reach out if you have any questions:

 

May 1st Meeting - 1st of the Month (Class A Uniform) 

How to Raise + Retreat a flag (preparation for Rodney) - 30 minutes 

Pre-reqs for Rodney discussion - 5 minutes 

How/What to pack for Rodney - 10 minutes 

Have some fun (play outside) - Remaining time 

 

May 8th Meeting

BLACK ROCK SANCTUARY VOLUNTEERING 

 

May 15th Meeting 

Greenbar Meeting - Only those with leadership positions are required to come, however everyone else is more than welcome to come help (and possibly have some fun if there is time) 

 

May 22nd Meeting

 

Iron Chef Preparation (split into groups + plan meals) - 30ish Minutes 

Play outside (football, capture the flag, etc.) - Rest 

(If inside) - Board Games 

May 29th Meeting

MOST LIKELY  no meeting because of memorial day (will be decided on confirmed numbers by the previous Greenbar)

 

June 5th Meeting 

Iron Chef - Whole Meeting (Make sure everyone brings their materials that were assigned to them on the May 22nd Meeting)
